Skrumble Terms of Service

Short version: Skrumble is a personal portfolio tracking tool provided "as is". Use it responsibly, keep your credentials secure, and understand that Skrumble is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

1. Who We Are

Skrumble is a personal portfolio tracking application developed and operated by Rahul ("we", "us", "our"), based in Rohini, New Delhi, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skrumble mobile app and website (together, the "Service").

2. Description of the Service

Skrumble aggregates portfolio information — such as stock and cryptocurrency holdings and transaction history — from third-party brokers and exchanges (for example Dhan and CoinDCX) using API credentials that you provide, and displays it in a single dashboard. Skrumble does not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a broker, exchange, or custodian of any kind.

3. Account & Google Sign-In

You may create an account using an email/password or by signing in with your Google account. When you use Google Sign-In, we only request your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) to identify and authenticate you. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any connected broker API keys confidential.

4. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and keep your broker API keys valid and up to date.
You are solely responsible for any actions taken through your broker or exchange accounts outside of Skrumble.
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

5. No Financial Advice

Skrumble displays data for informational purposes only and does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Any decisions you make based on information shown in the app are your own responsibility.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party broker and exchange APIs to fetch your portfolio data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or downtime of these third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skrumble and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
